How are you different from other repair shops?
     We specialize in all your automotive service needs instead of just a couple. From car rentals to transmission repair
     you can get it all done at just one stop.

Are you open during the weekends?
     We are available on Saturdays and Sundays per appointment only.

Can you pick up or deliver my vehicle?
     Yes! We can arrange that for all customers in the Worcester area.

Is your facility handicapped accessible?
     Yes! Our staff is available to remove or place items in any vehicle as needed.


What is a deductible, and who pays it?
     It is an amount usually $300, $500, or $1000 for which the insured is liable on each loss if he or she is at fault, or
     there is no other party to blame for a loss.

Do you conduct business with my insurance company?
     Yes. We are recognized and approved by every major and minor insurance company.

Why is the check my insurance company sent me less than what I believe it will cost to repair my vehicle?
    Most original insurance checks are low because the full amount of damage can't be seen with the vehicle assembled.
    Insurance companies will pay the full amount after it is taken apart and fully examined.


Can you do mechanical repairs?
    Yes! Our highly trained staff and state of the art equipment enables us to perform all major and minor repairs on every
    make and model of car, truck, or SUV.

Is there certain makes and models of vehicles that you can’t repair?
    No. At 290 Auto Body Inc, we can repair any motorized vehicle that enters our shop.

Can I get my full sized commercial truck serviced at your shop?
    Yes you can. We have the tools and staff to get your truck fully repaired and back in working order (appointment must
    be made in advance).

My check engine light is on. Do you know what the problem might be?
    We have a full set of diagnostic computers to analyse and pinpoint any and all service lights a vehicle may have turned on.

Is there anything your company can’t do with a vehicle?
    Yes. The only thing we are not capable of is doing an inaccurate repair. ;)
